We will endeavor to be as accurate as possible with delivery dates and times; however, any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate, and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses you might incur as a result of a delay in receiving your goods or subsequent delays that may result from delivery problems (even if Interbucks.com has been informed of the possibility of such loss or damages).

Completion of your order will take place on delivery of the products ordered to your recipient unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it. At the time of delivery your recipient will sign off on the delivery receipt. A copy of the delivery receipt will be sent to you upon request.

RETURN AND REFUND
If you decide to cancel your order you need to inform us as soon as possible. We will try to stop your order from delivery process but we cannot guarantee it.
If Interbucks.com service cannot complete your order because of incorrect information provided for delivery (and the correct phone number of the recipient wasn't provided) or long absence of the recipient, we will keep 40% of the order's total or $40, whichever is greater. You will receive a store credit or a refund for the remaining amount. We are strongly recommend you to specify recipients correct phone number.
No refund to you is guaranteed after the recipient receives your purchase.
Interbucks.com is unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.

Interbucks.com reserves the right to substitute items of similar or greater value, if for any reason those on the website are unavailable.
